I hadn't been to the Green Acres location before, but was greeted quick by staff and had the check in process explained. Upon checking in I only had to wait about 2 minutes before my stylist, Zelia, greeted me and brought me over. She was very friendly, super knowledgeable, provided great service, and just made the experience feel great overall! She upgraded my cut to the MVP for it being my first visit to the location, offered styling tips, and recommended products. I was very impressed and will return to this location in the future!!

I’ve not checked in online yet. Usually just a 10 minute wait after I sign in at front desk. I paid in advance for a MVP. It’s the best. Heidi does a great cut with my hair; the hot towel face wrap and scalp massage are wonderful. I always look forward to my next cut.
